I have lived with hormonal challenges since childhood, and I know exactly how frustrating it is to function in a body you don’t understand. Let’s be honest: no one ever properly explained how drastically our cycles change us, or how to handle fading hormones as we age.

I decided to stop being a victim of my biology and started mastering it. Despite my health struggles, I cracked the code. I didn’t just heal; I went on to become a medal-winning IFBB Bikini Athlete and wrote the book “You Are Not Mad – It’s Your Hormones” to show how our cycles and hormones influence everything from our strength to our mindset.

I’ve dedicated my life to coaching women to understand their bodies and align them with fitness, fuel them with nutrition, and sculpt a physique that radiates confidence. As the founder of The Power of Female Hormones project, I host workshops and mentorship programs that teach you to respect your biology instead of fighting it.
