On our call, you’ll tell me more about yourself, your goals and where you’re currently at. We make sure the coaching is the right fit for you.

3. App access & onboarding

You’ll receive access to the Beast Mode Club app, where you’ll sign up and fill in all the necessary information. This allows me to fully understand your body, lifestyle and needs.

4. Your personalised program

Within up to two working days, I will create your fully personalised training and nutrition program, tailored specifically to you.

5. Let’s reach your goals together

Your plan is set. Now we follow it, adjust it when needed, keep you accountable and support you every step of the way.

  • No worries! I will keep chocolate for you! How would you survive PMS? :)
    No extreme diets. You’ll learn how to fuel your body properly, understand hunger, cravings and your cycle, finally stop being afraid of food and keep results forever.

  • Believe me you have! Coaching is for real women with real lives. Your plan is structured, clear and time-efficient. You don’t need to live in the gym or overthink food. You just need consistency – and I’ll guide you through it.

  • Absolutely not! I coach women all over the world who never been in gym as well women who want push hard and shine on bodybuilding stage.

  • Yes, you can absolutely train at home. Ideally, you’ll have some basic equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands, but the most important thing is simply to start. Your program is adjusted to what you have available. No excuses.

  • Both – and everything in between. This coaching is for women who want to lose fat, for women who want to build muscle and for women who want to feel strong, confident and powerful in their bodies and mind. The plan is built around you.

  • Yes. If you already have training or nutrition set up, or if you have specific preferences or health limitations, I can create either a nutrition-only or training-only plan tailored to your needs.

  • No. I do not offer fully vegan nutrition plans. You need to be at least vegetarian to work with me.

  • Yes. I can adjust your nutrition plan if you are gluten-free or dairy-free, or if you have other non-vegan dietary restrictions.

  • No more “ifs.” This is the time when your deepest dreams will come true.

Hi! I’m Barbora

I am a Slovak-born women’s fitness coach living in New Zealand. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience helping hundreds of women from different countries, cultures and backgrounds around the world. Along the way, I fell deeply in love with empowering women and helping them change their lives.

My work is not just about building a feminine hourglass bikini shape aligned with female hormones. It is equally about building a strong, empowered mindset. That is why Beast Mode Club exists. To get you there. You need to believe that you can achieve your deepest dreams — exactly the way I did — and most importantly, learn how to keep your results and rise even higher.

I am the creator of The Power of Female Hormones project, including workshops and webinars where I educate women on how the menstrual cycle influences training, nutrition, mood, relationships, productivity and overall life. When you understand your hormones, life becomes easier and you finally understand your body and its changes instead of fighting them. I didn’t stop at workshops and webinars. I am also the author of the book “You Are Not Mad – It’s Your Hormones”, where this topic is explored even deeper.

Alongside coaching, I am a passionate lover of outdoor movement and an IFBB Bikini Athlete, still actively competing and holding multiple medals.

I am a coach, athlete, outdoor lover, creator, traveller — and above all, a woman and a human with a strong life story. I have experienced very hard times in my life, moments when I truly felt like I hit the absolute bottom. Those moments broke me for a while, but never forever. Every single time, I stood back up stronger and stepped into Beast Mode again. Hard times shaped me, and that is why my clients feel so deeply connected to me — because I can truly understand and align with their story.
