The Power Of Female Hormones Workshop

Do you ever feel like your body is your own worst enemy? Like one week you’re conquering the world, and the next, you don’t even recognize your own emotions? You are not mad—it’s your hormones.

This workshops were born in the heart of Queenstown, New Zealand, where I teamed up with leadership coach Gemma Rose Peacock to create an energetic, safe space for women. Our mission was to bring ease and clarity to a topic that, despite being essential to our biology, is still treated as a taboo in society and the business world.

Why is this workshop a "must-have"?

A woman’s body is uniquely rhythmic and ever-changing. When a woman understands her biology, she stops fighting herself and starts playing for the same team. The result? It’s not just a better mood—it’s burnout prevention, higher productivity, and the ability to live in harmony with her female energy.

What we cover (and what we can teach you):

  • Business & Productivity: How to align your biggest milestones with your cycle phases.

  • Emotions & Relationships: Understanding why your perspective shifts and how to communicate your needs effectively.

  • Training & Nutrition: How to adapt your movement and fuel to hormonal fluctuations for maximum results without exhaustion.

  • Biological Compass: Practical tools to listen to your body, making you more balanced and "profitable" in all areas of life.

"The feedback was incredible. Women left feeling a massive sense of relief, realising that their cycle isn't a hurdle—it’s their greatest superpower."

“What an amazing workshop yesterday! I am still processing everything and I wish we had more time to talk about it. There are so much to explore and share. I really appreciate your time and passion for sharing your knowledge with us. It was mind blowing for me because I could relate and connect from my own experience. The best part was to get home and share all my notes with my husband. (We had a bit of laugh together ) I am looking forward for the next workshop with both of you again! Highlight for the bag of goodies and the delicious food! (Rosehip tea was soooo delish too!) Have a lovely week ladies! Mariana

“Just a quick word of thanks for the fabulously informative and entertaining workshop on The Power of Female Hormones. The joint Slovak and Scottish expertise on this matter made for a highly enjoyable evening, made even more awesome by the addition of their yummy home-made goodies including some delicious rosehip, cinnamon and clove tea. I thought I knew almost everything about the female cycle, at almost 40 years of age, but I was enlightened to hear how over a lifetime, the average woman will have almost 500 periods! It was also interesting to see, graphically, how the key hormones fluctuate quite erratically over the four stages of each cycle, and how we can best manage our daily lives to ensure we're working in the flow of our natural cycles. Linking the four stages of the cycle to the four seasons also helped to understand better our specific and individual needs as women and to use this as a success mechanism in our relationships, family lives and or business or career purposes. For example, knowing when's best to rest or dial it up now makes me feel more EMPOWERED from this 'Powerful Workshop' on the female hormones #boxtickedforme. Good to hear that peanut butter was endorsed as a panacea to most things too. Thanks for an enjoyable evening ladies, looking forward to following you both online.” Una

What ladies said about workshop?

“Gemma and Barbora ran a great workshop about female hormones and turned a topic, that can be dry & boring, into fun and informative. They had also made lots of yummy snacks, and the workshop overall was awesome! Looking forward to the next one :). Cheers!” Laura

“Kia Ora, Thank you guys for this lovely workshop! I really enjoyed with all the information, humour and of course the yummy snacks. I started today for tracking my period and mood according to the moon calendar. I have been reviewed from last month to today and already see some pattern! Hope you guys have a nice cozy day.” Sunny

“Kia ora wahine, I would like to thank both of you for yesterday’s amazing workshop. I have been to few workshops about woman’s cycle and I thought this would be just a reminder of everything I already learnt. I didn’t know that I will learn new things and everything will just “click”. The unique thing about this workshop was the insights coming from your specialisation. I knew about our phases/seasons but I was struggling especially with nutrition. I also loved Gemma’s business tips for every phase. Even though I am not running business myself it is applicable for my workplace too. I believe that upcoming month and new cycle will be a new beginning of understanding myself better .. thanks to you two! Thank you!” Marie

“Prizes or not your workshop deserves a glowing review. In all honesty I have never been the type of female to feel in tune with my cycle and in turn has made me feel like ‘less of a woman’. Since embarking on my fitness journey this year, I have been realigning my goals as I learn and grow into this new lifestyle and one of those goals is to learn more about myself and my cycle. I had never taken the time to understand how my cycle may be effecting me in my work or at the gym. Your workshop was a huge eye opener for me and really made me think about how I could be better utilising my time and energy in-line with what ‘season’ I’m in. I walked away smiling and excited to tell my friends about how informative and fun the whole workshop was. Those friends are now excited for your next workshop! Its always a pleasure to be in a room full of like minded women, couple that with some snacks and a good giggle and you’re onto something great! From the venue choice to the music, it was obvious how much time and care was put into making the evening as engaging as it was so thank you for that and for a good time all around. Girl power right.” Jade

“The workshop was fun and interactive. I have learnt valuable information on how to manage my emotions through out the month and to use specific moment to be more creative and productive. I would definitely recommend this workshop!” Pascale

“I would just like to say that the workshop put on by Barbora & Gemma was fun and informative. I didn't know what to expect and feel that I learned something new about myself. I also feel that it is great for women in this community to have access to specific hormone information, to come together and discuss. Also, great company and snacks! Thanks Ladies.” Charlotte

“Kia Ora e te whanau! I loved both of the unique stories you brought to the workshop. Especially because you are both so different with the same end goal. Meaning everyone/anyone can relate to what you have to say! The big point I learnt is that its OK! Ok to have days for myself, Ok to be cranky, Ok to be hungry,Ok to be horny! Or not! As a result, you both have empowered me to not be embarrassed when its my period! Tell the world!! Even at 35 I still haven’t be able to figure “me” out but now I have a “heads up!” Thank you! Nga mihi.” Lisa
