    We regularly track your progress through: body weight, measurements, progress photos and check in forms. This allows us to clearly see where you’re moving and adjust your training so you keep progressing towards your goals.

  • Program updates that match your progress
    Your program is updated approximately every 4–6 weeks, depending on your progress and the phase you’re in. This is not a “one program for a whole year” approach. Your training grows with you.

  • Nutrition support (optional premium coaching)
    You can choose training only, or upgrade to premium coaching with full nutrition support if you want to speed up your results.

  • Female-first training approach
    My training is designed specifically for women. I take into account your menstrual cycle, stress levels, sleep, lifestyle, hormones and build your feminine bikini body.

How it works?

1. Apply for personal training

Fill in the application form and book consultation with me. This is your first step towards committing to yourself.

2. Let’s talk about your goals

You have two options for your first consultation. We can book an online call or meet me in person at City Fitness Moorhouse. You’ll tell me more about yourself, your goals, where you are currently and if I can help you, we will find the most suitable training option for you.

3. Assessment & App access

I will assess your movement, take initial measurements and take photos so we can start tracking your progress. You will also receive access to the Beats Mode Club App.

4. Your personalised program

Within two business days, I will create a fully personalised training and, if interested, nutritional program for you, tailored specifically to your needs.

5. Let’s train and reach your goals together

Your first program is set, now we will meet for regular training sessions, monitor your progress and regularly adjust the training plan so that you achieve your fitness goals.

  • This is absolutely ok! And this is exactly why I am here. We’ll remove the fear of the gym together — the shyness, the uncertainty around machines, and the feeling that everyone is watching you. They’re not. You’ll never be left alone or confused. I’ll guide you step by step until you feel confident and safe.

  • Yes, you can choose what suits you best. You can train with me only, or you can upgrade to premium coaching, which includes both training and nutrition support to significantly speed up your results. Both options are available — it’s your choice.

  • There is no one-size-fits-all. Some women prefer full support with 3–4 sessions per week, others feel great with 1–2 sessions per week. We choose the frequency that fits your goals, lifestyle and schedule.
    You can select any number of sessions that works for you.

  • No stress at all. You don’t need to have a fixed day or time for training.
    Each session is booked together at the end of our current session, based on what works for you. Flexibility is part of the coaching.

  • Not at all. If a regular time works for you, we can keep it consistent.
    If not, we simply adjust week by week. Your life doesn’t need to revolve around the gym — the gym fits into your life.

  • No more “ifs.” This is the time when your deepest dreams will come true.

Hi! I’m Barbora

I am a Slovak-born women’s fitness coach living in New Zealand. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience helping hundreds of women from different countries, cultures and backgrounds around the world. Along the way, I fell deeply in love with empowering women and helping them change their lives.

My work is not just about building a feminine hourglass bikini shape aligned with female hormones. It is equally about building a strong, empowered mindset. That is why Beast Mode Club exists. To get you there. You need to believe that you can achieve your deepest dreams — exactly the way I did — and most importantly, learn how to keep your results and rise even higher.

I am the creator of The Power of Female Hormones project, including workshops and webinars where I educate women on how the menstrual cycle influences training, nutrition, mood, relationships, productivity and overall life. When you understand your hormones, life becomes easier and you finally understand your body and its changes instead of fighting them. I didn’t stop at workshops and webinars. I am also the author of the book “You Are Not Mad – It’s Your Hormones”, where this topic is explored even deeper.

Alongside coaching, I am a passionate lover of outdoor movement and an IFBB Bikini Athlete, still actively competing and holding multiple medals.

I am a coach, athlete, outdoor lover, creator, traveller — and above all, a woman and a human with a strong life story. I have experienced very hard times in my life, moments when I truly felt like I hit the absolute bottom. Those moments broke me for a while, but never forever. Every single time, I stood back up stronger and stepped into Beast Mode again. Hard times shaped me, and that is why my clients feel so deeply connected to me — because I can truly understand and align with their story.

I am here to push you to achieve the dreams you’re not yet confident enough to say out loud. A feminine bikini body aligned with your hormones. A strong, unbreakable mindset.
