2. The Vision Call
On our call, we’ll dive deep into where you are now and where you want to be. I want to understand your challenges and ambitions to ensure the Beast Mode Mentorship is the perfect fit for your lifestyle.
3. Elite Onboarding & App Access
Once we are ready to go, you’ll get full access to the Beast Mode Club app. You’ll complete your onboarding profile, giving me all the data I need to fully understand your body, hormones, and daily rhythm.
4. Your Personalised Blueprint
Within two working days, I will build your fully personalised training and nutrition program. This isn't a template; it’s a bespoke plan designed specifically for your female biology and your goals.
5. Step into Beast Mode
Your plan is live. From here, we work as a team. I’ll be tracking your progress, adjusting your plan when needed, and keeping you accountable every step of the way. We don't stop until we reach your goals.

While I highly recommend training in a gym to achieve the best "hourglass" results with heavy lifting, I can also design your program for a home-gym setup if you have the necessary equipment. We will discuss your options during our Vision Call.

While I am not a medical doctor and I do not treat or diagnose medical conditions (such as PCOS or endometriosis), my mentorship is designed to help you understand how your lifestyle affects your cycle. By optimizing your nutrition, sleep, and training intensity to match your female biology, we can significantly improve your energy levels, manage cravings, and help you feel more in tune with your body. My goal is to support your health through lifestyle habits that work withyour biology, not against it.

Real, sustainable change takes time. To ensure we build a foundation that lasts a lifetime, I typically work with clients on a minimum 3-month commitment. This allows us to move through several hormonal cycles and see significant physical and mental shifts.

I am a Slovak-born Women’s Transformation Mentor, Author, and IFBB Athlete based in New Zealand.
My work goes far beyond building a feminine hourglass physique. It’s about creating a strong, empowered mindset aligned with your unique female biology. This is why Beast Mode Club exists—to help you achieve your deepest goals and, more importantly, to give you the tools to sustain your results and continue to rise.
As the creator of The Power of Female Hormones project and author of the book “You Are Not Mad – It’s Your Hormones,” I educate women on how the menstrual cycle and female hormones influence everything—from training and nutrition to mood, productivity, and relationships.
But my expertise isn't just from books; it's from a life built from the ground up.
I know what it’s like to hit the absolute bottom. I’ve faced moments where I almost lost my life, woke up with zero cents in my bank account, and navigated the deep pain of losing those closest to me. I’ve battled serious health challenges while building a business in a foreign country, far from home, in a language that isn't my own.
Yet, I never stayed down. Despite the struggles, I built the body and the bulletproof mindset I always dreamed of. I became an IFBB Bikini Athlete, earning multiple medals and proving that your circumstances do not define your potential. I wrote a book, I travel the world, and I turned my pain into my power.
Today, I use everything I’ve been through to empower other women. As a speaker and workshop leader, I share my knowledge and story to show you that you are capable of rising higher than you ever imagined. Every struggle I’ve overcome has become a tool I now use to help you build your own strength.
