I’ll assess your movement, take baseline metrics, and progress photos. You’ll then receive your login to the Beast Mode Club App—where your journey officially begins.

4. Your Bespoke Blueprint

Within two business days, I will create a fully personalised training and, if interested, nutritional program for you, tailored specifically to your needs.

5. Execution & Domination

We hit the floor. Through regular 1:1 sessions, constant tracking, and strategic adjustments, we ensure you don’t just reach your goals—you surpass them.

  • Yes, you will need an active City Fitness membership to access the gym for our sessions. If you aren't a member yet, I can guide you through the sign-up process during our consultation.

  • Absolutely! Every Beast was once a beginner. My priority is to teach you the correct biomechanics from day one so you feel confident, safe, and empowered on the gym floor. We will build your foundation together.

  • My standard PT sessions focus on the physical training and form. However, if you want to accelerate your results, I offer a Premium Coaching upgrade which includes a full nutritional strategy.

  • The difference is the depth of expertise and my exclusive focus. As an IFBB Athlete, I bring years of elite-level experience in body transformation, muscle hypertrophy, and strategic nutrition that goes far beyond "standard" fitness.

    However, my true edge is my specialization in the female body. While many trainers use a "one-size-fits-all" approach (often based on male biology), I work exclusively with women. I combine high-performance training techniques with a deep understanding of female physiology and hormonal cycles. You aren’t just getting a workout; you are getting a science-based evolution designed to build a feminine, strong physique while respecting how your body actually works.

  • Definitely. While I am not a medical doctor and do not treat or diagnose medical conditions, I specialize in a female-first lifestyle approach. Your hormones dictate your energy and recovery. This helps you achieve your aesthetic goals while avoiding burnout.

I am a Slovak-born Women’s Transformation Mentor, Author, and IFBB Athlete based in New Zealand.

My work goes far beyond building a feminine hourglass physique. It’s about creating a strong, empowered mindset aligned with your unique female biology. This is why Beast Mode Club exists—to help you achieve your deepest goals and, more importantly, to give you the tools to sustain your results and continue to rise.

As the creator of The Power of Female Hormones project and author of the book “You Are Not Mad – It’s Your Hormones,” I educate women on how the menstrual cycle and female hormones influence everything—from training and nutrition to mood, productivity, and relationships.

But my expertise isn't just from books; it's from a life built from the ground up.

I know what it’s like to hit the absolute bottom. I’ve faced moments where I almost lost my life, woke up with zero cents in my bank account, and navigated the deep pain of losing those closest to me. I’ve battled serious health challenges while building a business in a foreign country, far from home, in a language that isn't my own.

Yet, I never stayed down. Despite the struggles, I built the body and the bulletproof mindset I always dreamed of. I became an IFBB Bikini Athlete, earning multiple medals and proving that your circumstances do not define your potential. I wrote a book, I travel the world, and I turned my pain into my power.

Today, I use everything I’ve been through to empower other women. As a speaker and workshop leader, I share my knowledge and story to show you that you are capable of rising higher than you ever imagined. Every struggle I’ve overcome has become a tool I now use to help you build your own strength.
